The Country Club of Boyne overlooks the Ross Golf Course and the beautiful 18th fairway. Featuring floor to ceiling windows and a grand fireplace, this resort wedding reception venue is sure to set the mood for an elegant wedding. The outside veranda is available and is perfect for drinks and appetizers before dinner. The veranda also has several firepits to enjoy after the reception. This wedding reception place can host up to 400 people.
The Highlands
The Blue Green Room and Camelot Zoo
The Blue Green and Camelot Zoo rooms have very unique alpine architecture with sweeping arches and windows overlooking the Mountain. An outside terrace provides a space for drinks before and after dinner. These unique places to have a wedding reception can host up to 400 people each and both feature windows and outdoor terraces that overlook the Mountain.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Michigan Wedding Reception Venues

Some of our places to have a wedding reception are more popular than others and require booking further in advance. We generally recommend choosing your wedding reception venue no later than 18 months out for the Inn at Bay Harbor, Beach House, and at least 12 months out for all other venues.

Weddings include tables, chairs and linens, as well as votive candles. There are food and beverage packages that vary according to your budget and can include all food and beverage. Couples may choose to rent their own chairs and tables based on their theme, as well as use a decorator to make their wedding dreams come true. Our Event Managers will also provide couples with a list of our preferred vendors to make planning your wedding day that much more simpler. For outdoor areas, couples will be responsible for tenting (we will arrange with vendors), and providing restrooms facilities if none are located nearby.

Yes, all of our Northern Michigan hotel wedding reception locations are surrounded by beautiful local churches and venues that couples can choose for their ceremony and then come to us for their reception.

Unfortunately not. Boyne Resorts is the exclusive caterer for all of our venues with the exception of your wedding cake.

Yes, we offer 10% off accommodations if you have your wedding at Boyne Mountain or The Highlands. We also offer 5% off accommodations if you just need a room block at Boyne Mountain and The Highlands. No discount is currently available at the Inn at Bay Harbor, but couples will receive a complimentary suite for their wedding night if they host their wedding with us.
