To get an even better view of our winter wonderland, you and your guests can also enjoy our heated patio space. The Vienna ballroom can accommodate up to 270 guests.
The Highlands
Country Club of Boyne
The Country Club of Boyne is an elegant winter wedding location with a large stone fireplace and a beautiful stone patio overlooking the 18th hole of our premier golf course. The venue can host up to 150 people, and couples will have the option to use the outdoor patio for fire pits and s’mores.
Inn at Bay Harbor
Sagamore Room
The Sagamore Room offers an elegant winter wedding venue featuring french doors that open up to a brick terrace overlooking the Inn’s ground and Lake Michigan. This room can accommodate up to 175 guests and is best suited for rehearsals, welcome parties, ceremonies, and receptions.
Inn at Bay Harbor
Arlington Ballroom
Located on the lower levels of the Inn, this 3,000 square foot ballroom is perfect for large ceremonies and receptions. This winter wedding venue can accommodate up to 175 guests.

To ensure you have your preferred space, we recommend reserving our winter mountain wedding spaces 12 months out. However, during the winter we can sometimes accommodate couples in a shorter time frame.

There is a minimum food and beverage rental required for certain winter wedding locations. No minimum number of guests are required, but you must achieve the minimum food and beverage fee to reserve the space.

Any ceremony can take place outdoors, as well as any green space that may be tented. You can also take the chair lifts up and get married at the top of the Mountain and ski down.
